- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

- International Shipping
3.1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Furrlovers India PVT LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.
3.2. Delays:
- International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
- Shipping Issues
4.1. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
- Furrlovers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
4.2. Address Errors:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at hello@furrlover.com. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your address, we will do our best to assist you.
